Gavin It is the 60th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations.  But most people don’t really enjoy their sixtieth birthdays, now do they?  I am afraid I will be the skunk at the garden party.  What I have to tell about my thoughts on the UN at this moment in time is not uplifting.
